December 2011 - Property Sales up 8.2% for the full year 2011
November 2011 - November 2011 Real Estate sales up 12.7% over last year!
October 2011 – October 2011 Real Estate sales outpace last year.
September 2011 – Real Estate sales for September outpace last year.
August 2011 – The Real Estate market remains stable in August 2011.
July 2011 - Home and Condo sales were moderate in July but the inventory continues to drop.
June 2011 - The Sarasota Real Estate Market had continued good sales through June 2011.
May 2011 - The Sarasota real estate market continued its strong spring showing in May 2011, with 796 total sales reported by members of the Sarasota Association of Realtors® – the second highest total in the past six years.
